21 Feb SDUK Welcomes Choreographers & Movt Directors

We know that we have some Choreographers and Movement Directors already in SDUK membership, and are grateful to those who have helped us to understand your place in the theatre ecology. We want to promise Choreographers and Movement Directors a stronger voice within the industry, and now invite you to join SDUK,  allowing you to access the membership benefits and community we offer. We do not assume that the needs and wishes of Choreographers and Movement Directors are the same as those of stage directors, and we have spent the past few months listening to and taking advice from those in the profession, and will continue to listen to the dance/movement director community. We will also launch a Choreographer and Movement Directors Census later this year so we have a body of data with which to move forwards.

We are stronger together. Together we can strengthen the voice of Choreographers and Movement Directors across the UK for today and tomorrow.
